When Freddie Olhausen proudly opened a butchers shop on Dublin’s Talbot Street in 1896, he knew nothing of the internet, but he knew everything about making sausages.
Today, Olhausen’s Sausages are still made following Freddie’s unique secret recipe with 100% Irish Pork and are available in 227g and 454g packs, and now also as ‘Little Ollie’s’ funsize sausages!
